I have booked a limited number of places for a Cheese Experience which will take place at 11.00am. It includes a cheese and butter making demonstration, a Taste of Yorkshire tasting room, cheesemaking viewing gallery and a Wallace and Gromit area.

This will be followed by a cheesy afternoon tea in the Calverts restaurant at 12.00 noon. This specialised savoury-led experience features a variety of cheese-infused items.

Savouries: three-cheese quiche, Wensleydale mac’n’cheese, ultimate rarebit and chunky chips

Sweets: Yorkshire Wensleydale and ginger cheesecake and rich fruitcake paired with a slice of Wensleydale cheese

Drinks: a pot of Yorkshire tea or filter coffee served with local Wensleydale milk.

After our afternoon tea the coach will take us into Hawes for a browse around before our homeward journey.

Coach will collect us from Leigh Miners at 9.00am to arrive before our Cheese Experience at 11.00am. We will then have our cheesy afternoon tea at 12.00 noon. At approximately 4.00pm our coach will collect us from Hawes for our homeward journey.
