As it proved a very popular trip last year, I have booked a coach for 53 people to go to Lytham Forties Festival on Sunday 16^th August 2026

I thought it best to just book a coach and then you have the day to explore the festival as you wish. It actually takes place on Lytham Green and in the town.

Lytham re-lives the forties with a weekend of forties singing, dancing and big bands, weapon displays, static aircraft, historic vehicles, military charities and vintage traders.

You can immerse yourself in a brilliant day of entertainment, re-enactment and have-a-go fun. Enjoy historic vehicles, music and dance, memorabilia, thrilling battles and educational talks and demonstrations.

You will be able to watch a World War Two battle re-enactment, see military equipment, living history displays, a replica Spitfire, vintage traders and much more.

There should be lots of places available for food or if you wish just take your own picnic.

Lots of people embrace the forties fashion for this event so feel free to do so if you would like to join in the fun.

Coach will collect us from Leigh Miners at 9.30am to arrive at Lytham Forties Festival at approximately 11.00am where we can spend the rest of the day until our coach collects us from Lytham at approximately 5.30pm.

Cost for coach is £13.00.
